Tintoria Butti produces knitted fabrics on circular machines using yarns on Italian weavery, prepares for PFD printing, does dyeing and optical dyeing, scouring, digital printing on paper and transfer printing. Butti is recognized by its Italian and European clients as being a reliable, efficient and competitively priced partner thanks to a vertically-integrated structure with their own machines that allow Tintoria Butti to have a production capacity of many metres per month. A Show Room is made available to clients and holds over 1000 textile items from circular machines such as Jersey, Fleece, Punto Milano, Punto Roma, Costina, Jacquard, Intelock, Double and Scuba, all Made in Italy.

WEAVING
Tintoria Butti uses their own Italian and German circular machines and is also in partnership with Italian weavers that are highly specialised in the production of knitted fabrics.
The fleet of machines is composed of the following fineness: 4 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 14 – 16 18 – 20 – 22 – 24 – 28 – 40 – 44 – 50 in tubular and in open for elasticised fabrics with diameter 22 – 26 – 30 – 36.
The machines are able to weave in cotton, viscose, polyester, acrylic, raw polyamide, in intimate mixture and in dope dyeing.
